Product Information

Tones aching muscles, good for tired legs and veins, relieves muscle fatigue and useful for sports injuries. Also used to effectively revive and energise the emotions and to relieve stress related conditions and nervous exhaustion. Said to stimulate the appetite, relieves indigestion and gastroenteritis. The antiseptic effect helps with infections, sore throats and laryngitis.

How to Use

A blend for a pulse point perfume: 1 drop of Lemongrass & 1 drop of Geranium, place in a little tub and mix the oils and anoint your pulse points, dilute with a few drops of carrier oil and always remember to patch test first. Never pour essential oils direct or undiluted in water or to your skin: mix a few drops of essential oil in a base oil, whole milk or cream, and add it to bath water, or a shower gel. 5 to 10 drops of essential oil are sufficient per 10ml of base oil.
