How to Use

Freshness Blend: for the burner 5 drops Grapefruit, 5 drops Sweet Orange, 2 drops Ylang Ylang. Never pour essential oils direct or undiluted in water or to your skin: mix a few drops of essential oil in a base oil, whole milk or cream, and add it to bath water, or a shower gel. 5 to 10 drops of essential oil are sufficient per 10ml of base oil.
